Fish factory (cutting, breading, packaging)

 

VACANCY DESCRIPTION

For our fish factory client, both men and women are required. Work only with marine fish, which the factory receives partially gutted (without entrails) !!!

The plant has 4 workshops:

1. SHOP OF FRESH AND FROZEN FISH. Men and women work. Duties of men: unloading fish from tanks on the table, trimming fins and remnants of bones from gills with a knife, servicing machines: lifting trolleys, filleting and packaging machines, washing fish tanks, cleaning the workshop. Responsibilities of women: work on the conveyor belt, cleaning fish fillets from the rest of the bones, weighing the fillets and distributing the fillets into boxes for shipment to another workshop.

2. BLOCK SHOP. Men and women work. Responsibilities of women: placing fish fillets or minced meat in cardboard packages, securing the packages with metal forms. Duties of men: working with mince machines, working with fillet / minced meat freezing machines, laying out packed fish blocks, weighing blocks, transporting blocks to freezers, servicing lifting trolleys, cleaning equipment and workshops.

3. PAINTING SHOP. Men: working with frozen fillet / minced meat cutting machines, working with lifting trolleys. Women: work at the conveyor, sorting and packaging of finished products, cleaning the workplace and workshop.

4. FREEZING SHOP. Men: laying out fillets from tanks on a belt, working with lifting trolleys. Women: placing fillets in freezer tins, weighing, minimal knife work. Workshop and equipment cleaning.

Workers are assigned to the workshops by the foreman at the plant and, depending on the production need, can be transferred from one workshop to another.

5. There is work in the NIGHT SHIFT, where I am engaged in: washing the workshop, finishing the product (freezing, but not in subzero temperatures, placing the product on a conveyor belt, sorting the product, placing it in boxes, etc.).

SCHEDULE

the enterprise works 7 days a week, there is a day off. (Sunday is a day off, but there is a possibility of operating time) 2 shifts of 10-12 hours: 6: 00-18: 00, 10: 00-22: 00, shifts are possible from 22:00 to 6:00, revisions are possible with the consent of the manager

outer work clothes and footwear are issued, warm underwear must have your own

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Accommodation is located in Gdynia, hostel, 4-5 people. in the room, in the room only women. There is a wi-fi router, dishes, blankets, pillows, bedding available. There is a max. 30 minutes drive (employee side pass). We need a medical board and a health certificate, the cost is 220 PLN - we deduct it from the salary. An advance payment is possible after working for 2 weeks - PLN 300. There is a Russian-speaking manager at the plant. Gdynia is a city, shops and complete infrastructure.
